Privacy policy
We keep this simple: we only ask for what we need to look after your dog, and we don't sell your information.
What we collect
Your name and email when you create an account; your dog's name, breed, size and care notes; your visit address and booking details; and messages you send us. Payments are handled by our payment provider — card details are entered on their form and we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To create your account, schedule and carry out visits, let the assigned sitter know where to go and how to care for your dog, process payments and refunds, send booking confirmations and service updates, and support you if something goes wrong.
Who can see it
Your booking details and address are shared with the sitter assigned to that visit, and with the service providers we use to run the platform (hosting, database and payments). We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account, dog and booking records are kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
You can view and update your account, dog profiles and visit addresses from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. We don't run advertising trackers.
